Full Armor has strategically entered into a SBA's Mentor Protege relationship with Genesis Networks Enterprises. Genesis is listed Hispanic Business Magazine's 100 Fastest Growing Companies (#5) and Hispanic Business Top 500 Largest U.S. Hispanic-Owned Companies (#10). We see tremendous opportunities for growth and service throughout this year and beyond.
Having formed strategic alliances with several local services companies, Full Armor was honored with the SABOC MEDWeek award. MEDWeek is an annual event that is hosted by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), in collaboration with the U.S.
Further Technical Services contracts at Brooks City Base and Randolph Air Force Base, combined with our first transportation contract at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, cemented Full Armor niche’ as a Federal services provider. Identifying a need with our current client base, we established the Workplace Solutions Division of Full Armor Group expanding our services capabilities.
Full Armor Group was awarded its SBA 8(a) certification, and soon afterward received our first Federal contract awarded at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. This contract was completed months before the deadline producing a $21MM dollar savings for our client, and subsequently earning our company an exceptional rating in the Contractor Performance Assessment Rating System (CPARS). With this achievement, the company’s growth increased exponentially with many new contracts awarded throughout military installations across the United States.
With proven performance in all facets of the Technical Services industry from 2003-2005, including personnel staffing, Full Armor Group expanded its business scope by making application to the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program. Based on the skill set and experience of our management team and its ability to access outstanding talent, Full Armor Group quickly gained a foothold in other Technical Services arenas, which helped our business clients reach their goals.
